Renowned Event Designs: Transforming Elegance
Renowned Event Designs was tasked with executing a complete transformation of an event space into a high-class, extravagant setting. The event planner for this wedding envisioned a venue that exuded sophistication and luxury. This project came with some challenges but RED is always up for the task.
The Challenge
For the entrance area, RED had to create a grand and inviting entrance that set the tone for the event while maintaining seamless integration with the overall theme.
The Solution
The entire entrance was enveloped in pristine white draping. This established a more refined and elegant atmosphere.
Renowned Event Designs’ team has a valance strategically placed across the top of the draping to enhance the sophistication and provide a more polished look. Custom tie-backs were also designed for the entrance doors.
The Challenge
The next obstacle RED faced was in the ballroom. The event planner had to find a way to balance the existing charm of the space with the client’s desire for a dramatic, upscale ambiance. With Renowned Event Designs’ versatility and the planners creative design, we figured out a perfect solution.
Solution
The team incorporated dark green draping while preserving key architectural elements. To retain features of the venue’s inherent beauty, the design incorporated an open window wall and exposed mirrors at the ends of the space, ensuring a blend of classic charm and modern luxury.
A custom valance was crafted for the draping which added a layer of grandeur to the design. Elegant custom tie-backs were used for doorways, reinforcing continuity and elevating the luxurious experience.
The transformation executed by Renowned Event Designs and the team successfully met and exceeded the client’s expectations. The entrance set the perfect stage for an unforgettable event, while the ballroom achieved a harmonious blend of existing charm and high-end design.
