Elevated Nashville-Themed Annual Reunion for Vanderbilt University

The Mission

Vanderbilt University was celebrating their annual reunion for the first time since before Covid. With 15 different class years in attendance we utilized 4 different theme tents, the student life center, as well as registration tents.

The Red solution

We provided 4 large circus-sized tents, each with different theme color draping and designs. Custom pendants and chandeliers were sourced by our team to hang throughout each tent creating a beautiful ambiance. We provided additional audio for the DJs, as well as custom neon signage to bring in the elevated Nashville theme as well as providing functional and directional signage for common areas and restrooms. We provided large TVs for the custom AV set ups in each tent. The entrances were lit up with custom marquee lights, indicating class year. We provided all power needs for vendors on the main lawn as well as the designed entrances for the student life center, registration tables. To top it off, we used LED uplighting & additional chandeliers throughout to set this events glowy ambiance. It was a reunion to remember and we were so happy to be apart of it!
