Resounding Success | Album Listening Party
A country music artist, was set to release a highly-anticipated album. RENOWNED Event Designs was tasked with creating an edgy and vibey atmosphere for an exclusive album listening party. The event was held at a private residence, providing a unique and intimate setting. The challenge was to design an ambiance that reflected the artist's style and present the album's song titles creatively.
The Challenge
Displaying Song Titles
The event's core theme was to display the song titles from the unreleased album throughout the space. This presented a challenge as it needed to be both visually appealing as well as functional. RED needed to be creative while still maintaining the intimate setting of the Aldean’s home. Sarah from Southern Vine Co. helped us do just that by providing impeccable design ideas.
The Solution
Innovative Branding and Decor
To address the challenge of displaying the album's song titles, RED came up with an innovative solution. Road cases and pool orbs were used as canvases to display the song titles and the album title. They were branded using the same font as the album cover, creating a cohesive look. These cases and orbs were strategically placed throughout the event space, serving as both decor and functional display areas. Moreover, crystal chandeliers were placed on and around the road cases, adding a touch of elegance to the edgy and vibey look. LMA Designs also provided flowers to the display that perfectly mixed the edgy yet elegant vibes.

Creating a Silent Disco Space
One part of the event required the creation of a silent disco area where guests could listen to the album in the middle of the day by the pool. Sarah wanted the guests to be able to enjoy this experience comfortably outside while still bringing all the vibes. RED knew just what to do.
The Solution
To create a silent disco area by the pool, RED built a 10x10 truss structure with branded sunshades, ensuring that guests could enjoy the album listening experience in an outdoor setting. Road cases were repurposed in this area to serve as stations for guests to pick up headphones. These cases were also used around the food/bar stations. Food was provided by Beyond Details while Cocktails and Key provided the bar service. These road cases also featured a large print of the album cover, contributing to the event's overall branding and aesthetics.
The creative solutions offered by RED not only met the client's desire for an edgy and vibey look but also addressed the challenges effectively. The road cases and pool orbs displaying song titles and the branded silent disco area by the pool were unique and memorable features of the event. Guests had a one-of-a-kind listening experience while enjoying the aesthetics and atmosphere.
